Welcome to Burnt Blessings. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Payment and Ordering

1.1 Submitting Information to Place an Order

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

    • Full legal name
    • Shipping and billing address
    • Telephone number
    • Valid email address
    • Valid payment method

Burnt Blessings is not responsible for mis-delivery, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

 

1.2 Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully completed.

 

1.3 Sales Tax and Import Fees

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Idaho, based on current tax regulations.

Orders shipped elsewhere within the United States and international orders are not charged sales tax by us. However:

    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees
    • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority
    • The customer is fully responsible for all import fees and taxes required to receive their order

 

1.4 Order Changes

Orders cannot be changed once they have been shipped.

The only exception is a delivery address change, which may be requested before the order has shipped. To request an address change for an unshipped order, contact us immediately at:

1.5 Color Matching and Natural Variations

You acknowledge and understand that:

    • Colors, tones, and grain patterns of wood may vary naturally
    • Colors displayed on screens may differ due to monitor or mobile display settings

Burnt Blessings is not responsible for color variations between online images and the final product. No guarantee is made that colors viewed online will exactly match the finished artwork.

 

1.6 Commissioned and Custom Artwork

All commissioned and custom artwork must be paid in full before work begins.

The process includes:

    • A digital sketch superimposed onto a photo of the selected wood piece
    • Revisions and edits until customer approval is received

Full refunds are accepted only until the wood burning process begins. Once burning has started, refunds are no longer available.

 

2. Limitation of Liability

Burnt Blessings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

3. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.

 

4. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
