Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Burnt Blessings, including commissioned artwork, original artwork, and all other purchasable products.

 

1. Shipping Liability & Import Fees Disclaimer

Burnt Blessings (the Artist) is not responsible for import fees, including but not limited to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Value-added tax (VAT)
  • Any additional fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included at checkout and are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries apply import taxes based on declared value thresholds.

If applicable, the customs agency or shipping carrier will notify the recipient by notice, mail, phone, or email.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay all import duties, taxes, and fees required to receive their order.

Failure to pay these fees may result in:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Abandonment of the parcel
  • Return shipment to the sender

Burnt Blessings is not responsible for reimbursing the order value if a package is rejected, refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery for any reason.

 

2. Customs Declarations

All items are declared at their full purchase value for customs and insurance purposes.

Under no circumstances will customs documents be falsified or undervalued.

 

3. Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially for international orders due to customs processing.

 

3.1 Original Artwork

  • Please allow up to 5 business days to prepare original artwork for shipment
    • This includes sealing, curing, and drying time
  • Estimated shipping times:
    • Idaho: 1–7 business days
    • International: Up to 3 weeks

International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Shipping of original artwork may not be available to all countries due to customs restrictions. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us prior to ordering.

 

3.2 Commissioned & Custom Artwork

Commissioned artwork timelines vary and may take up to 6 months to complete. This timeframe will be outlined and discussed at the time of order.

Once your commission is completed and final approval is received from the client:

  • The artwork will be sealed and prepared for shipment
  • Shipping timelines will follow the same policy as original artwork

 

4. General Shipping Notes

  • Shipping dates are estimates only
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or international regulations are outside our control
  • Burnt Blessings is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped
