1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Refunds, returns, and replacements are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis only.

To request a refund, return, or replacement, please contact us at
burntblessingsco@gmail.com with your order number and details.

 

1.2 Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item is received by Burnt Blessings and inspected:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition
  • If approved, you will receive either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A replacement, if that was agreed upon prior to return shipping

 

2. Policies by Item Type

2.1 Commissioned & Custom Artwork

Refunds, returns, and replacements are not available due to dissatisfaction for commissioned or custom artwork.

Before shipping, you will receive high-quality photos of your artwork for review and approval.

Damage Claims (Commissioned Artwork):

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package and artwork before signing for delivery
  • If damage is visible:
    • Do not refuse delivery
    • Ensure the carrier notes the damage at delivery
  • Email burntblessingsco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photographic proof of damage

We will review the claim to determine eligibility for a refund, return, or re-creation.

 

2.2 Original Artwork

Refunds, returns, and replacements are not available due to dissatisfaction for original artwork.

High-quality images are provided online to allow full inspection before purchase.

Damage Claims (Original Artwork):

  • Inspect artwork prior to signing for delivery
  • Do not refuse delivery if damage is present
  • Ensure the carrier notes the damage
  • Submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photographic proof

Eligibility for refund, return, or re-creation will be determined after review.

Exception:
Original artwork applied to functional items (such as electric guitars) may be eligible for a refund only if the functionality of the item is unsatisfactory.

 

3. Exclusions

No refunds, returns, or replacements will be issued for:

  • Damage caused by customer mishandling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery
